What is Perimenopause?
Perimenopause is a period of time in a female’s life demarcating the body’s natural decline in estrogen and progesterone production. For too long, women have been suffering in silence, hiding our symptoms. I am here to let you know you no longer have to suffer and you no longer have to be alone in this process.
